Where we came from

BHM Property Solutions was founded in 2022 by joining the forces of a real estate investor, an accountant, and an interior designer. Collectively, we have over 25 years in real estate investment, renovation, and management experience.

We're a Veteran-owned, Female-owned, Alabama-based small-business (who just loves hyphens), and we're on a mission to improve the way people are connected to the housing market and affordable housing. Rather than offering one service - for example, an active investor or partner, a builder or contractor, a real estate agent, or a property manager - we seek to combine these services to make our clients' and our investment partners' lives simple, and to maximize returns on each investment project.

Our goal is to match our clients (i.e., investors, buyers, sellers, or renters) with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.
