We have implemented a robust tenant screening process to put excellent tenants in our quality properties, and have established thorough operating procedures and lease terms in order to keep our properties clean, safe, and so desirable - we keep a waiting list of applicants.

Our goal is connect renters with affordable housing, and manage our properties so well - they never want to leave.
