Future Projects

Completely renovated inside and out, The Greenhouse is a three-bedroom, one-bath 1940s shot-gun style rancher with a large front porch providing a countryside oasis that overlooks a large pond and is surrounded on three sides by farm animals (goats, chickens, sheepdogs, and a peacock). The pond is stocked with bass and brim, and the nearby lands are ideal for hunting.

The Greenhouse is so well loved that we have had a persistent tenant there for over 5 years!

The Tee Box is our affectionate nom de guerre for our three-bedroom, two-bath single family rental that we have rented to members of the University of South Alabama Men's Golf Team and other USA students for the past 5 years. Past student tenants have maintained the place in great shape. The home is literally only yards from campus and the brand-new football stadium, and the school and campus enrollment continue to climb.

With immediate access to some of the Gulf Coast's best golf courses, only minutes from the beaches of Gulf Shores, Dauphin Island, Pensacola, and Biloxi, this investment has been a proven gem.
