Future Projects

Completely renovated inside and out, The Greenhouse is a three-bedroom, one-bath 1940s shot-gun style rancher with a large front porch providing a countryside oasis that overlooks a large pond and is surrounded on three sides by farm animals (goats, chickens, sheepdogs, and a peacock). The pond is stocked with bass and brim, and the nearby lands are ideal for hunting.

The Greenhouse is so well loved that we have had a persistent tenant there for over 3-years!

Only minutes from the famous Lewis Smith Lake and Stoney Lonesome Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) Park, tenants boast about living the simple life, the peace and quiet, and the beauty of the nature nearby.

Our plans are to add an additional three tiny homes in Spring/Summer 2024.
